That belief comes from a lifetime spent around food. Roberta grew up in a family that has supplied independent shops, restaurants, hotels and, today, many of Puglia's most beautiful masserie for over seventy years. Her own career in the retail industry added a broader perspective on how people discover, choose and experience food.
Today, those two worlds come together through Apothéke: a curated Italian bottega built on generations of trusted relationships with producers, bringing thoughtful food choices directly to your table.
